Perhaps you have heard about the new magenta cycleway which opened in Auckland, New-Zealand not long ago?

Well, our counters are telling us it is already attracting many cyclists! Of course, those figures are the result of the excitement for a brand new (and beautiful!) infrastructure dedicated to cyclists safety. And the real success of it can only be measured in the light of how it will encourage people to cycle in the long-term. Yet it is a very encouraging start, so well done Auckland!
